AURUM offers a structured private commission program for individually developed objects. Upon payment of a consultation fee, the client enters a dedicated design validation phase with one dedicated Project Manager.
Consultation
Initial consultation to discuss concept, materials, scale, and intent. Mail, Video or in-person meeting.
Concept Design
CAD modeling and technical drawings prepared. Material specifications and weight estimates provided.
Validation
3D printed prototype for physical validation. Final approval before precious metal casting.
Production
Precision casting, finishing, and quality control. Full documentation and certification.
Consultation Fee
Non-refundable consultation fee covers initial meeting, concept discussion, and preliminary design assessment. Fee is credited toward final commission cost if project proceeds to production.

The Process
- Submit your concept via email, including sketches, reference images, or written description, to commission@stage.aurumatelier.ch
- Within 48 hours (business days), a feasibility assessment will be provided. If viable, a formal invoice will be issued
- A detailed 3D rendering is developed for your review, approval, or refinement
- Up to three refinement iterations with minor adjustments are included
- A physical prototype is produced for final validation
- Upon written approval, production begins followed by secure shipment of the finished object
- Each AURUM piece includes a fully documented record covering authenticity, serial identification, material verification, and precious metal origin.

Refund & Material Redemption
Due to the immediate allocation of precious metals following confirmed payment, materials are typically secured within 48 hours and production is initiated accordingly. For this reason, standard refunds are not available. However, AURUM may offer a material-based redemption at 80% of the original metal value at the time of purchase. All returned pieces are subject to verification of authenticity, material purity, and structural integrity. AURUM reserves the right to adjust or decline redemption in cases of damage, modification, or reduced material content.
Transport, Import & Packaging
Each AURUM piece is delivered in customized packaging designed to protect and present the object appropriately. Transport solutions are coordinated individually based on client requirements. Upon request, tailored delivery arrangements, including secure and specialized logistics, can be organized for an additional fee. Import duties, taxes, and regulatory requirements vary by destination and will be assessed and discussed during the project phase.
