Refund and Material Redemption Policy

Objects produced by AURUM Atelier are cast in solid precious metals and are typically manufactured to order. For this reason, standard consumer returns are generally not available once production has begun. However, because AURUM objects contain substantial precious metal value, material redemption may be offered under specific conditions.

1. Material Redemption Value

Returned objects may be repurchased by AURUM based on their verified precious metal content. AURUM offers a redemption value equal to 80% of the precious metal value calculated at the time of the original purchase, based on the documented metal weight and purity of the object. The remaining value accounts for fabrication, finishing, handling, and administrative costs.

2. Eligibility

Material redemption may be offered only if the object was originally produced by AURUM Atelier, has not been structurally modified, and remains materially intact and identifiable. Objects that have been altered, damaged, or significantly modified may not qualify for redemption.

3. Verification

Returned objects will undergo verification procedures including confirmation of metal weight, metal purity, and structural integrity. AURUM reserves the right to refuse redemption if verification cannot be completed.

4. Shipping

Clients are responsible for securely shipping the object to AURUM Atelier for inspection. Shipping and insurance costs related to the return are the responsibility of the client.

5. Processing Time

Redemption requests are typically processed within 10 to 14 business days following receipt and verification of the object. Payment will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

6. Final Decision

AURUM reserves the right to determine eligibility for redemption based on inspection of the returned object.
