Shipping and Delivery Notice
All objects produced by AURUM Atelier are individually cast and finished in solid precious metals. Standard production timelines range between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity, scale, and finishing requirements of the object. For commissioned works, production begins only after the final design has been approved and full payment has been received.
Shipping
Completed objects are shipped from Switzerland using specialized logistics providers suitable for valuable goods. Where appropriate, shipments may be handled through secure or insured delivery services. Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping provider. Typical delivery times after dispatch are 1 to 3 business days within Switzerland and 3 to 7 business days within the European Union. International shipments may require additional time depending on customs procedures and destination country regulations.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for their declared value during transport. Risk transfers to the client upon confirmed delivery by the shipping provider.
Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise specified. Clients are advised to check local regulations before placing an order.
Delivery Address
Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. AURUM Atelier cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to absence or refusal by the recipient, the shipping provider may attempt redelivery or return the shipment. Additional shipping or handling fees may apply.
Damage During Shipping
In the rare event that a shipment arrives visibly damaged, clients should notify AURUM Atelier immediately and retain all packaging materials for inspection. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
