Payment Policy

AURUM Atelier accepts payments via bank transfer, credit or debit card where available, and other payment methods offered through the website. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.

Commission Payments

Private commissions follow a structured payment process. A consultation and concept evaluation fee may be required prior to initiating the design phase. This fee covers the initial review, consultation, and feasibility assessment. Consultation fees are non-refundable.

Design and Development

Following the consultation phase, concept design and technical development may proceed. Design and development services are considered part of the commission process and are generally included in the overall project.

Production Payment

Production of the commissioned object begins only after final design approval by the client and full payment of the production invoice. This ensures that precious metals and production resources can be allocated for the project.

Material Pricing

Precious metals are priced according to international market rates at the time of production. Final material costs are determined based on verified metal weight, metal purity, and fabrication requirements. The final price will be communicated prior to production.

Currency

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are issued in EUR or CHF. Clients are responsible for any bank transfer fees, currency conversion costs, or intermediary banking charges.

Payment Deadline

Invoices are generally payable within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise stated. Production schedules may depend on timely receipt of payment.

Late Payments

AURUM Atelier reserves the right to suspend design, production, or delivery if payment obligations are not fulfilled.

Ownership of Objects

Ownership of commissioned objects transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.
