Swiss Precision
Manufacturing

From digital design to finished piece, every stage follows Swiss engineering discipline with tight tolerances. No approximations, no compromises — only precision.

01

Digital Design

Every AURUM piece begins in a controlled digital design environment where form, proportion and structural integrity are defined with precision. Technical feasibility is evaluated from the outset — ensuring balanced weight distribution, strong edges and durability for everyday wear. Using advanced sculpting software and high-performance computing systems, complex geometries are developed and refined in real time before entering physical production. No approximation. No improvisation. Only controlled execution.

02

3D Printing

High-resolution casting resin is used to validate every form before metal production. Geometries are tested for dimensional accuracy, structural integrity and casting feasibility. Through controlled iteration and measurement, wall thickness, support strategy and weight balance are optimized. Only validated models proceed to investment and casting.

Casting

Following digital validation, each piece is cast in solid precious metal using controlled investment casting procedures. Metal temperature, mold conditions and pouring parameters are monitored to ensure structural integrity and dimensional consistency. No hollow construction or material reduction techniques are applied.

Polishing

After casting, each object undergoes multi-stage finishing. Surfaces are refined by hand and machine to achieve defined edges, balanced reflections and consistent texture. Every detail is reviewed to ensure clarity of form without distortion of geometry.

Quality Control & Documentation

Each AURUM piece is assigned a unique serial number and produced within a traceable batch system. Material integrity is verified through hydrostatic density measurement prior to release. Every piece is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity, a formal invoice, a dedicated serial number card, and a gold origin statement confirming sourcing from internationally recognized refiners and verified purity, while full production and verification records are maintained in-house.

Production Timeline

3-4

Standard Pieces

Weeks for collection pieces. Individual production with quality verification.

4-6

Large Objects

Weeks for statement pieces. Extended finishing with quality verification.

6-10

Commissions

Weeks for bespoke pieces. Design consultation, prototyping, and production.

Swiss Manufacturing Standards

Individual Production

No mass production. Each piece individually cast, finished, and inspected. Serial manufacturing cannot achieve the precision required.

Controlled Environment

Temperature, humidity, and atmospheric conditions monitored throughout production. Precious metals demand environmental precision.

Traceability

Complete records from material sourcing to final delivery. Each piece is linked to its material origin and production history through a unique reference, ensuring full traceability across all stages.

Verification

Material purity, weight, density, and surface quality are verified and documented prior to release. Documented measurement data accompanies each piece.
